good tool, well built, needs the edge ground down to be sharper and a slighter smaller blade, less resistance when pushing through soil when lifting turf, I'm going to grind edges down and make blade smaller on this one, retired greenkeeper
Nice to handle easy to use lifts turf well
since using this tool the temper on the steel shaft is too soft it bends quite easily, the blade needs to be ground thinner so there is less resistance cutting through the turf also its the wrong handle need the type so your hand is inside more force pushing into cutting the turf less chance of handle twisting, apart from these faults its a good tool as I've used one of these tools for the past forty years as a greenkeeper and have lifted a lot of turf
