The process of dealing with TOOLED-UP has been fantastic. Their website is easy to navigate with all product information necessary available. Placing the online order was easy and straightforward, and even provided optional payment methods. Communication after the order was placed was prompt and informative, and I was kept uo-to date with the package process right through to delivery. Items received in perfect condition, and their chosen courier was polite and professional. Product appearance is as to be expected from a new piece of equipment and the chosen brands reputation, which is great for the price point. Unable to comment on the products performance as I am yet to use it, but for my planned application I have no doubts it will be able to handle what I throw at it. Time will be the best test though. Overall experience is something I would recommend using them alone for, and I can't see their after sales customer care being any different should the worst happen. Thank you to the team at TOOLED-UP

I ordered a Makita Chainsaw after a lot of research, and found the best price at Tooled-Up. When ordering, on a Thursday, the billing slip said for delivery Monday the next week, it arrived Saturday and it was a very pleasent surprise! After RTFM I put the chainsaw to work and was very impressed with it's performance, it was exactly what I wanted, so a big Thumbs up to Tooled-up for price and delivery!

Love the store in Enfield and the delivery service is as quick as promised. The only downside was that I placed two orders with a minute in between and I've got charged delivery twice 🤦🏻 I know it's my fault..

Arrived within 24 hours of order which was perfect. Used the tool that day and it is excellent. I was able to dig eight holes for footings to my decking within the afternoon so I am extremely pleased I read an earlier review left with some bemusement. The reviewer claimed that it bent easily upon first use and was useless. That was not my experience and I can only assume that the reviewer either had the strength of Hercules or heated the bar to above 900 degrees centigrade!

Your service was great, DHL let you down by failing to deliver when promised and turned up a day later driver dropped it on the doorstep and ran off even though he was supposed to get a signature
