The reason I chose the Einhell TE-SM 254 mitre saw, was the reasonable price for the phantastic feature of the product. I was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, the mitre saw arrived in a slightly damaged box and upon opening it was obvious that someone had returned the saw. The product was just chucked into the box. I took pictures of everything and contacted the customer service. Response was almost immediate and the mitre saw was collected the next day. A refund was issued in no time. So 5 stars for Customer Service. As I wasn't able to use the saw, I can't really comment on the performance of it. I also can't say much to the quality of the product, as I didn't lift it out of the box once I had seen the state of the inside. I would have bought the same saw again, but unfortunately it was out of stock by now.
