Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Strimmer arrived late due to problems with the carrier, so as yet I haven't had a chance to use the product. The strimmer seems to be of a good quality, but the instructions really need to be a lot clearer. I had to resort to youtube to be able to put the parts together. Other than this, I am expecting good things from this Dewalt product and look forward to using it
Works well and is quiet
Really easy to use. A bugger to get the guard on. I purchased a 54v battery and got about 3 hours constant use before charging was required
I bought a Dewalt strimmer (DCM561S 18v XR Cordless Split Shaft Brushless Grass Trimmer New 2018 Model) from Tooled up a couple of weeks ago, it’s a nice piece of kit, very powerful and built to last and it turned up the next day as promised, and at the time presented on the email I received. The whole process of purchase and delivery went like clockwork. I had never heard of the company until I started to browse and chose them because the site is straight forward and clean (no gimmicks) and the price was good. Its a one stop shop for me and when I come to make another purchase I will go back to them.
The power save Lo speed option dosent cut very well
Nicely built strimmer, battery lasts long enough for my needs. Needed to use the YouTube video to fit the cover. Seems quite heavy and without a carrying strap my arms get quite tired after half an hour or so
