I needed a simple and basic steam mop for hard floors. After reading a review in Which magazine, I chose this Black & Decker one. The Which magazine also identified as the cheapest recommended supplier. The ordering procedure was very straightforward - it was very well packed, and arrived exactly at the date/time advised. I have never purchased from previously, but will certainly consider them for future goods - an excellent service.

Bought this to replace an H2O X5. The Black & Decker is purely for cleaning floors and doesn’t have additional tools for cleaning tiles, glass etc. It does a good enough job on a tile floor. The flex could be longer, as could the handle, it leaves the floor quite wet and the pad that comes with it is very thin. The two additional pads I bought at the same time are much thicker and better. Overall, for a basic floor cleaner, it does the job at a reasonable price.
