Absolutely first class pruner, very easy to handle, effortless pruning, They do not trap your fingers as many other pruners do. At first sight they look fragile but believe me, they are superb. Perfect for roses, nettles, bramble, and other prickly plants having the blade length to reach in safely. Also taking cuttings, and fruit picking. Made of high carbon steel will last a lifetime. (Note high carbon steel is extremely dense (like the steel files or drills are made of) You must respect the properties of carbon steel it does not bend it will remain straight when used for it's intended purpose. But DO NOT force the blades side ways as carbon steel is not made for use as a lever it does not bend, under pressure it will snap. Just remember to put a drop of 3 in 1 oil on the pivot. It makes all the difference. They out perform all our other pruners the lightweight and smooth effortless action will be of great benefit to elderly users who may suffer from conditions causing weak grip. They are a bit addictive , once you start using them you cannot stop! Great product - very pleased.

These are a must for every gardener. I've had mine for over 20 years which speaks well for the quality of the pruner. They are used for deadheading, light pruning etc and I would not be without them. I bought two as presents knowing they will be really useful' The service from Tooled-up is excellent and they arrived within a couple of days of ordering.

These fruit pruners are amazing but I must look after them better as this is my third pair as I lost the others in among the garden rubbish.

This is the third time that I have ordered these fruit pruners from Tooled-Up. For two reasons - firstly, they are excellent good quality pruners and although light to use are very strong. Secondly, Tooled-Up always dispatch their items quickly. I would have no hesitation in ordering more in the future.
