I am a size 4 and 1/2. I ordered these in a 5 after trying on my friends 5. They were too small. I paid the return postage and reordered a 6. These are too small. I am 52 years old and have never been a 7 my whole life. Went to my local garden centre- same wellies, the 6 fit perfectly. I have returned again. The sizing is OUT

These are my most comfortable wellingtons ever. I bought some recently from a local garden centre, at vast expense, but had to return them as they leaked after 2 weeks wear. I then bought some from an online retailer, but had to return them immediately as they had a very sharp, faulty seam up the back. If they hadn't been so comfortable otherwise, I would have given up, but I bought my third pair from Tooled -Up, at a better price, and so far, touch wood, they are still waterproof. They are quite tight fitting in the leg, which I like, and have a beautifully soft footbed, good gripping soles, and I have walked for miles in them with my dogs, through wet, stoney and muddy terrain. If these leak, I will try and mend them, or just keep them for dry walks as my feet love them! If only the manufacturers would sort out this quality issue, they would be perfect.

I can't properly review these wellington boots as I've not had them long. They look good and have good treads. However, they are very tight in the ankle and leg which makes them difficult to get on and even harder to take off. They are slightly on the small side so I'd recommend getting a bigger size especially if you intend to wear them with thicker socks.

Only wore twice. The liners came loose and made them uncomfortable to wear. Then they came out which made them really uncomfortable to wear. Also they have started to let water in at the heel. They looked really well made but unfortunately they were not.
