Item is ace, the amount of junk mail tooled up has left in my inbox since is not!!! 5-6junk emails a day wouldn't buy from them again purely for this reason!
This slasher is designed for heavy, unsophisticated work so is not intended to be analysed in detail. It is strong and works as well as the operator!
Delivered in 3 days. comes partly sharpened. Once you have completed sharpening it is an excellent tool. Cuts through small branches as well. the curved blade is very useful for hooking what you have slashed and dragging into a pile ready to be burned/dumped. good quality wooden shaft.
I had to wait ages for this to be delivered from china. The shaft broke the first time i used it but i got it replaced free of charge with no quibbles. the tool is brilliant for clearing brambles, ivy etc and and pruning jobs. You work it by pulling it towards you as you slash. it comes partly sharpened so you need a good file and a carborundum to get it ready for use. not a bad price for these days. Reminded me of my days in the scouts 50 years ago.
