The Makita DVC867L is a twin 18V cordless dust extractor designed for professional dust extraction and site clean-up across building maintenance and construction applications. Powered by two 18V LXT Lithium-Ion batteries running in series to deliver 36V performance, this 8-litre Class L dust extractor combines the convenience of cordless operation with powerful suction and brushless motor efficiency.
Approved for dust class L in accordance with EU standards, the DVC867L is suitable for extracting hazardous dusts on professional worksites. The Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) enables automatic tool synchronisation, whilst variable suction power control via dial allows precise adjustment for different materials and applications. A comprehensive accessory package includes two hoses (2.5m x 38mm and 3.5m x 28mm), multiple pipes, nozzles, and front cuffs in 22mm and 24mm sizes for connection to power tools.

The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.

A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
