Delivery was prompt and eficient. The Karcher seems like a good buy so far as I would expect from this well known brand. I was a bit phased by how light the box was when delivered but once assembled the polisher seems pretty robust. Its quiet and seemingly powerful and has certainly shined up our waxed floor beautifully.

It is a long long time since I had to use an electric floor polisher and I am very surprised to find how much they have improved! This product is very light to handle - needs very little effort to guide it on our newly laid oak floor and the results are astonishing! I am now going to try it on tiled floors and expect the same excellent result. Your service in delivering the product was second to none and I would certainly use your company again. A huge improvement on the earlier model. Well balanced, quieter and accesses awkward to reach areas. The extra power is a plus giving a better overall finish to buffing jobs after washing the floor.

Bought in March 2009. Used this a few times now on laminate wood floors and tiled bathroom floors. It does a very good job and works really well with the wool pads in buffing floors after pre cleaning with wet wipes. Tiled floors respond particularly well. It is a lot easier than hand polishing, doing the job better and much quicker without the hard work. Using it entails little effort although the tilting of the handle forwards and backwards to turn it on and off can be a little fiddly. We're glad that we've got this now although it seemed a lot for what seemed a glorified duster at the time. Provided it keeps going I think that it will be a great buy in hindsight. All those that like scrubbing and polishing floors on their hands and knees will hate this.

Better shape than previous model as gets into corners better. Footswitch useful but stiff. Rotating heads seem a bit flimsy but so far worked ok.

very pleased with product, takes all the hard work out of polishing, glad I purchased it no more crusty knees.

Poor vacuum suction and not robust enough to give a shine on a wood floor

I have only used the machine twice and so far it is it working well. It buffs the granite tiles nicely.

We purchased this floor polisher to do our polished floor tiles and have been bitterly disappointed with it. we have complained that it is not suitable and were told we were not using the correct cleaner / polish! So we purchased these and have still found it useless and in our opinion not fit for purpose. we will be after our money back!!
