This is a good product so long as you don't have it delivered by delivery van. At two meters length in collapsed state it can get bashed in transit. Mine arrived so bent it wouldn't extend. So I'm okay at low level tree lopping but for anything else I need to climb a ladder. Needless to say full credit has been applied to this order.
Too heavy and cumbersome
I have found that it does not matter how tight i tighten the extension locking ring you can still push the extended section back in, when you use the end cutting puller it pulls the extended section back in as well. I am pretty strong so i dont think its me! The locking ring is plastic, so i know it will split if i really go for it and then what! So in this regard i am disappointed. So if you take this review seriously any suggestions?
