The Festool BHC18 is an 18V cordless brushless SDS Plus hammer drill designed for powerful, precision drilling in concrete, stone and masonry.

Weighing just 1.8 kg without accessories, the BHC18 combines a compact C-shape ergonomic design with a brushless EC-TEC motor that delivers 1.80 J of single impact energy and up to 4,895 strokes per minute. The maintenance-free motor ensures long service life and consistent performance across demanding applications. Integrated vibration damping absorbs impact energy before it reaches the operator's hands, reducing fatigue during prolonged use.

The BHC18 is well suited to interior finishing and assembly work, including fastening substructures, ceiling suspensions, kitchen cabinets, wall shelves and skirting boards into concrete and masonry. It also supports drilling without impact for tasks such as spot-drilling floor tiles, and can cut electrical sockets up to 68 mm diameter in lime sand brick. A percussive shut-off mode makes switching between applications straightforward.

For dust-controlled working, the Bluetooth battery pack automatically activates a compatible CLEANTEC mobile dust extractor when the tool is switched on — supporting COSHH-compliant working practices on site. The BHC18 is supplied in a Systainer SYS3 M 187 case for organised storage and transport, and is compatible with both 3.0 Ah Compact and 4.0 Ah Li-HighPower Compact battery packs.
