A useful extra socket set - very convenient having the multi- option sockets which fit BSW/UNF/UNC etc with all sorts of heads - the feed through is good for those odd occasions when using long studs. Not sure about the pipe wrench adaptation though.

This was bought as a present for my cyclist son. The tools look and feel great and should handle most things he will need it for. Good value. Not used yet...!

It feels well made, but have only used it for quickly driving nyloc nuts along some studding. Because it is 16 point and will work on torx as well as normal nuts and bolts I guess it might strip nuts which are very stiff or corroded where as an 8 point wouldn't. I have put it in my tool cabinet for the odd time a normal deep socket won't do.

In pipe wrench mode the jaws failed to close properly and jammed in the track so the smallest diameter pipe which could be gripped positively would be about 20 mm. I believed this to be wrong as in nut/bolt configuration the jaws close completely. I took this up with Tooled-Up and they offered refund/replacement. However, after a bit of work with a file in my workshop the tool now operates correctly, which suits me.
