First time the product was used it totally seized up under finger pressure on the worm and had to be released with a grip pliers. (hence cannot be sent back for a refund) It still seizes up and will not reduce down to the specified pipe size of 10 mm. The worm access screw cannot be easily removed for cleaning and lubrication because it is pinched in at the end of the worm tunnel. So we think that there may be an inherent alignment problem with the worm and its facets which may be why it was on offer, but it still has to do what it is said to do? As regards to the sockets, they seem a very loose fit on some bolts and we think that a warning should be scripted to all potential buyers as to the depth of bolt head they can safely be used on.
