Bosch GCM 18V-216 DC BITURBO 18v Cordless Brushless Mitre Saw 216mm
The GCM 18V-216 DC combines a large cutting capacity of 70x300 mm and the power of a corded 1,600 W mitre saw thanks to its BITURBO Brushless technology. It offers a two-point dust extraction for a cleaner and healthier working environment and is compact and easy to transport, even when using the integrated side extensions. Speed selection enables versatile usage in different materials and there is an ECO mode for extended runtime available via the user interface. Further customisation is possible by using the Bosch Toolboxx app.
The GCM 18V-216 DC is perfect for cross, mitre, and bevel cuts in timber beams and wooden composites as well as floor panels, aluminium, and plastic. It is compatible with the Click & Clean System, all Bosch GTA mitre saw stands, and all Professional 18 V batteries and chargers (Bosch Professional 18V System). For maximum power, use a ProCORE battery of 5.5ah or greater.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
