This is a well made product. I bought an extra battery with it which is both a good and a bad thing. Even changing hands every 5 minutes after 2 batters my arm aches! Maybe I should hit the gym more. Primarily bought this for my wife after considerable research as the previous device we'd had from another manufacturer was not good enough for the new garden. She's very happy with it (using only 1 battery). Even on Eco the thrashing power is good. As the Battery is used up we found you tend to turn up the wick till it's on full pelt at the end. Recommended.
Good service
A recent purchase, that I have only used once, to date. However, I found the product to be lightweight, robust, and more than adequate for the job in hand. Looking forward to many years of use.

Arrived quickly, though only one of two ordered arrived.....Have emailed regarding shortage but to not doubt it will follow. Good quality line
I think it is ok and the strimmer is working well. A very fast service from tooled-up.
