A non-stick PTFE coating prevents resin and pitch build-up, extending blade life and maintaining cutting performance over time. The high-grade alloy steel plate body is precision ground for flatness and hardened and tempered to maintain trueness under demanding use.

Each blade features a reamed bore for a precise fit to the spindle, with Silverbraze bonding to ensure the carbide tips remain firmly secured to the body. Laser etching on the reverse meets European standard EN847-1/2, while the Trend name provides full traceability and a guarantee of quality.
