The Trend Bearing Guided Large Radiused Panel Raiser Router Cutter is a professional-grade raised panel cutter designed to machine traditional panels and frame doors using a heavy-duty router in a fixed position.

Tasks previously reserved for spindle moulders can now be carried out with this cutter mounted either overhead or inverted in a router table. Running best at lower speeds, it delivers clean, consistent results on both natural timber and MDF.

This cutter is designed to pair with the Trend profile scriber range and is specified as the compatible panel mould for use with Ref. PSC/40. With a 40mm radius profile and an 86mm cutter diameter, it produces the broad, traditional raised panel moulding associated with classic frame-and-panel door construction.
