Stanley 100mm x 610mm Sanding Belts are aluminium oxide abrasive belts designed for use with stationary and portable belt sanders across a range of sanding tasks.

Constructed with resin bonding, these belts offer excellent grain adhesion and heat resistance — essential qualities when working at the sustained speeds generated by power sanders. The durable material backing supports long working life, while the combination of natural glue and synthetic resin gives each belt the flexibility needed to conform to the work surface without tearing or breaking down prematurely.

Rated at 80 grit, these belts are well suited to stock removal and surface finishing on wood, metal, and painted surfaces. Whether stripping back old paintwork, levelling rough timber, or preparing metal for finishing, the 80G grade provides an effective balance between aggressive material removal and a workable surface finish.
