Advised post-order not in stock initially but kept fully informed via update emails, and delivered when expected. Impressed with packaging looked straight from manufacturer. Not used yet but supplied on a re-useable reel. Customer experience end to end from research on tooled-up site though to delivery very professional. Recommended. Will treat as preferred supplier in future.

Well what can you say, it's a layflat hose, it's a hose that lays flat, when it's not full of water that is! It seems to do the trick of pumping a lot of water from one end of the garden to the other.

Although it is value for money, i found we really needed a bigger size. It is doing what i wanted it too but just taking a little longer. the service provided from you was very good and would not hesitate to recomend your company. thank you for everything.
