Easy to fit on to hose pipe, although hose pipe may need softening up with hot water if weather is particularly cold; but when it's on, it stays on! No leaks.

This hose connector does not seem to be compatible with the hozelock deluxe water spray nozzle for hose pipes p/n: hoz2294. however it does work with the hozelock metal water spray lance plus with 8 spray patterns for hose pipes p/n: hoz2643 and it also works with the gardena premium metal adjustable 4 pattern multi purpose hose spray gun with flow control p/n: gda8107-2. i would recommend instead the hozelock pro metal aquastop hose end connector for 12.5mm (1/2") hose pipes p/n: hoz2035 which works well with all the above spray nozzles and is only slightly more expensive.
