Callipers are plastic, I was expecting steel. Digital gauge is clear and accurate and can be set to inches or mm. Worked well. Great price.

The best budget vernier caliper i have seen. I had a cheapo e-bay one before which would flex if closed to tightly giving inaccurate results and struggled to close to a consistent reading of '0', but this siegen item is far superior. Nice feel to the buttons, easy to read display and a case. You will find this waaaayyyyy more useful than you think it's going to be!
Nice, consistent measurements. Feels as if it might "give" a bit, but in fact doesn't do so
