Sealey 1/2" Drive Oil Filter Socket for Ford, Jaguar, Citroen and Peugeot

The Sealey VS7202 is a specialist 1/2" drive oil filter socket designed to remove the filter housing cap on Ford, Citroën, Peugeot and Jaguar diesel engines — saving time and effort on what is otherwise a frustrating, awkward service task.

Engineered to reach the hard-to-access 27mm hex on the filter cap, this socket is compatible with 2.0D and 2.2D HDi/TDCi diesel engines running the DW10C and DW12C units, as well as the Jaguar XF 2.2D from 2012 onwards. It replaces OEM tool 303-1579, making it a practical and cost-effective workshop alternative.

The reversible 12-point ratchet head speeds up removal and refitting without the need to reposition the tool, and the socket is used in conjunction with a standard 1/2" square drive wrench. Constructed from chrome vanadium steel, it offers the durability and resistance to rounding needed for regular professional use.
