These cutters are precise and easy to use. One negative observation: the cutter now has three cutting points instead of two previously. Possibly this reduces the bending forces on the panel, but more force is required i.E harder, to operate the cutter than previously.

These q max cutters have 3 points and therefore have a good sheer action when cutting the hole. the greenlee cutters are better as there sheer action is more pointed and they break the washer in two but at 3 times the price, the q max cutters are better value for money

Hard work with an allen key. Allen keys don't come as big as spanners, cannot get the torque. Would be much easier with a hex type head that can be turned with a spanner. last hole punch i used had a hex bolt. went through metal no problem with a ratchet spanner. take note q max! apart from that, a decent hole punch!

Great build quality - to date this tool has produced 123 holes in 1mm thick mild steel enclosures without any problems.
