Q Max Sheet Metal Hole Punch Metric
The Q Max 50mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch provides robust cutting performance for substantial apertures in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This popular half-size larger diameter is ideal for sizeable electrical installations, substantial mounting hardware, and general fabrication requiring a 50mm hole.
Built with heat-treated cutting edges and a protective black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch delivers consistently clean, burr-free holes. The special load distribution design reduces cutting effort whilst ensuring smooth, even operation across repeated applications, making it suitable for demanding workshop and on-site use.
This larger punch features the modified configuration with the thread in the punch body itself, eliminating the need for a die nut. The simplified assembly makes setup faster and operation more efficient. A 10mm hexagonal wrench (MC type) is required to turn the mechanism and draw the punch cleanly through the metal, providing adequate torque for professional results.
