Q Max Sheet Metal Hole Punch Metric
The Q Max 28.3mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch offers excellent capability for creating larger diameter holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This specific metric size is ideal for specialized electrical fittings, substantial cable management systems, and applications requiring precise 28.3mm apertures.
Featuring heat-treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch consistently produces clean, burr-free holes. The special load distribution design ensures smooth, even cutting action, making operation efficient even when working with tougher materials within the 16 gauge range.
As a larger punch, this model uses the simplified configuration with threading in the punch itself rather than on the hexagonal screw, eliminating the die nut component. This streamlined design makes assembly quicker and operation more straightforward. An 8mm hexagonal wrench (MB type) is required to operate the mechanism effectively and pull the punch through the metal.
