Q Max Sheet Metal Hole Punch Metric
The Q Max 22.5mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch is designed for creating substantial apertures in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This size is particularly useful for larger electrical fittings, sizeable cable management installations, and applications requiring a 22.5mm hole diameter.
Featuring heat-treated cutting edges with a protective black anti-corrosive finish, this punch consistently produces clean, burr-free holes. The special load distribution design ensures smooth, even cutting action, making operation efficient even when working with tougher materials within the gauge range.
As a larger punch, this model uses the simplified configuration with threading in the punch itself rather than on the hexagonal screw, eliminating the die nut component. This streamlined design makes setup quicker and operation more straightforward. An 8mm hexagonal wrench (MB type) is required to operate the mechanism effectively.
