The MasterLock Lockout Universal Ball Valve is a safety lockout device designed to prevent accidental valve opening during maintenance and servicing operations. This versatile lockout fits virtually all manual, quarter-turn ball valve handles, attaching securely to prevent movement and ensure compliance with lockout/tagout procedures.

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the device features an aluminium and steel body combined with a durable steel pin that fits behind the valve stopper tab. The adjustable jaws hold the valve firmly in position, whilst the ergonomic shape optimises tightening on the valve for secure installation. This makes it particularly suitable for working in confined spaces and on insulated pipes where access may be restricted.
