Makita DTM52 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Starlock Plus Oscillating Multi Tool and Accessories
The Makita DTM52ZX2 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Oscillating Multi Tool features a soft start for smooth start ups, variable speed controlled by dial and a constant speed control to automatically apply additional power to the motor to maintain constant speed under load. It is capable of delivering up to 20,000 oscillations per minute and 370W maximum output which is ideal for wooden flooring, tiles, plaster, sheetrock, wood and a variety of other materials. It is equipped with easy to operate slide switch for continuous use, easy to grip small diameter body, tool less accessory clamp, 12 angle settings for accessories at every 30° from 0° to 360° and anti restart function to minimise accidental start up.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
