I wish we had purchased one of these years ago so easy to use the hose doesn't kink and it recoils so quickly and easily leaving the garden tidy and no trip hazard
excellent product , very strong and easy to use
Had one for 3 years. Left on the wall with a cover over it for the winter.Unfortunately this year the large spring inside the unit broke and left me with a heap of useless junk as it cannot be repaired.Two reasons for this was that somehow the inside had become wet and rotted the iron spring. The other important one was that I always had to pull the hose out to full length to reach the bottom of the garden so that it gave maximum tension on the spring inside. My advice would be to always buy one with a bit longer hose than you need as this will ease tension on the spring. When I took it to pieces the spring was rotten and why don't they smother it in grease before assembly???

Would be helpful if the internal hose connection was already done but it was easy to do
This is the second Hozelock product I have purchased the last one lasted 25 years. If this one performs the same then I will be more than happy.
