Product is very effective at aeration but works better if soil is soft and moist and it definitely needs a couple of concrete blocks strapped on top in order to get good penetration into the ground. Initially tried to buy one of these from B&Q on line which turned into a nightmare - they lost the item and then cancelled the order without any authority to do so, utterly useless. So I then placed an order here and the whole experience was absolutely excellent, really quick delivery (next day) and they kept me fully informed on progress... why can't all companies operate like this!
