Handy THPDS65 6.5hp Chipper Shredder

The Handy THPDS65 is a petrol-powered chipper shredder designed to make light work of garden waste, processing branches and green material into useful mulch or reducing it for easy disposal.

Powered by a Briggs & Stratton XRD950 208cc OHV engine, this machine delivers reliable performance for tackling substantial garden clearance tasks. The four drum-mounted blades, driven via a parallel twin V-belt system, are capable of processing material up to 50mm in diameter — making it well suited to pruning waste, hedge trimmings, and branch clearance on larger plots or grounds.

The self-feed design removes the need for continuous manual feeding, allowing the operator to load material and let the machine work independently. An emergency stop system is also fitted, providing a quick and straightforward means of shutting down the machine if required.

Mobility is addressed through a folding handle and 25cm (10") pneumatic wheels with ball bearings, making it straightforward to position the machine around a garden or site and return it to storage with minimal effort.
