So far very pleased with delivery as item arrived earlier than expected. Straight forward to put together. Have not used it as yet, but will rate it after its "maiden" use!! however badly designed rating of product. As I have not used it as yet, I cannot comment on its performance, build quality. There should be a " too early to tell" against these ratings!

Excellent product at good value. It's very useful to have the variable suction (especially when using over stones). The only thing which would be better is if it had an on/off switch as squeezing in the lever gets a bit tiresome and you can accidently start up when just handling it.

First class service from the seller, great delivery timing and product well packaged. Does the job very well; is robust and strong. Variable speeds provide a range of functions. I have artificial grass lawns and they look terrific after a vacuum which picks up everything. No hesitation to recommend. I am not associated with the manufacturer or supplier in any way other than as a very satisfied customer.

Excellent and easy to use and worked well. One of the plastic links holding the support band snapped at one end , but easy to tape up so no problem.

purchased under pressure from my wife to remove the leaves from the alpine section of the garden. The machine is excellent, the variable seed is essential so as not to suck up the gravel. the blower provides a good blast to clear the lawn, paths and other areas. very pleased with the product, but you do deed the shoulder strap when vacuuming, it get heavy with a full bag of mulched leaves. very good service from seller.
