Greenworks G40GC 40v Cordless Garden Cart
The Greenworks G40GC is a 40v cordless self-propelled garden cart designed for transporting heavy loads across outdoor working areas, with a maximum load capacity of 100kg.
Powered by Greenworks' 40v lithium-ion battery platform, the G40GC operates on a single battery and offers an estimated runtime of approximately 30 minutes from a 2Ah battery. This makes it a practical choice for landowners, groundskeepers, and contractors who need a capable, cable-free alternative to manual wheelbarrows or petrol-powered carts.
The three-wheeled design aids manoeuvrability across uneven ground, and the integrated lower handle allows for straightforward load dumping without having to lift or tip the cart manually. A security starter key is included as standard. This is a body-only unit, making it well suited to existing Greenworks 40v platform users who already own compatible batteries and a charger.
Features and Benefits:
• Self-propelled three-wheeled design for easier handling over uneven terrain
• 100kg maximum load capacity suitable for heavy-duty transportation tasks
• Integrated lower handle for quick and easy load dumping

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
Greenworks 40v Battery System
The Greenworks 40v Li-ion System is a range of 40v tools where all 40v batteries of all ah ratings fit all tools, allowing you to buy just a few batteries but as many of the range of bare tools that you need without the expense of a new batteries and chargers each time.
