There were some branches it didnt cut through, but managed to get what we wanted done. My only negative comment is a better way to wrap the cord around the pull handle. When not using all the cord you wrap it around the pull handle, but it kept coming undone which was annoying. So maybe a better design is needed for this to keep the cord on so it doesnt come off so easy.??
Used with the long reach pole. Its an anvil cutter not cross cut. Made in Germany not China. Very pleased.
I love Gardena Products..so nicely designed and durable.
This was to replace very old version I inherited from my father. Cutting action is as good if a little heavier. Didn't get on with plastic pull lever, replaced it with my dad's original wooden handle which is simpler, not so fussy!
