Two tines broke off each of the two rakes i bought, within a short period of use. grass was heavy and wet, but expected better. have had faithfull in the past and lasted longer. not sure i'd buy same make again now.
Although the packaging was comprehensive, one of the rakes was broken - the screw fixing the metal bracing had sheared. in fact this was universally the poorest part of the rake, and on all three i had to use new screw frixings in order for the rakes to be serviceable.
