Einhell TE-BS 8540 E Belt Sander

The Einhell TE-BS 8540 E is an 850W belt sander designed for heavier duty sanding tasks, suitable for carpenters, joiners, and skilled DIYers working on timber, flooring, and surface preparation.

Variable speed electronics allow the sanding speed to be adjusted via a dial on the tool, making it adaptable across different materials and applications. The precision belt adjustment facility ensures the 75 x 533mm sanding belt stays correctly positioned throughout use, while the locking lever allows quick, tool-free belt changes.

Ergonomics are well considered, with soft-grip handles and a secondary handle that adjusts without tools for two-handed control. The front cover flips up to allow perimeter sanding close to edges and walls — a practical feature for flooring and trim work.

Dust management is handled by an integrated dust canister, with an additional adapter for connecting to an external vacuum or dust extractor — a useful option for sites with COSHH considerations. A cable clip allows the power cable to be wound and secured neatly after use.
