Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Read a lot of reviews and articles and then bought this one. Not too noisy, not too heavy, not too short, not too long, not intimidating and did everything I asked if it on a mixed hedge. Hardly touched the battery power. The hedge in question looks professionally cut if I do say so myself. I hope it will thicken out and grow stronger. Remember don't cut a hedge after March and watch out for nests and hedgehogs.
Longer bar, lighter and easier to handle than my old mains powered one. Hedge trimming is now so much easier without power cords trailing around all over. As a bonus I can also take this to my allotment if required there. Didn't need batteries or charger as I have plenty bought with other Einhell tools
I have other tools from einhell and a good supply of batteries. This hedge trimmer is light and no cables. I have bought other items from tooled-up and they keep you d all of the time.
It's really too early to review this product properly, as not yet used for an extended cut. However, from the initial the short trial, it appeared to perform well and was light to use. Build quality okay, but not sure how the plastic casing would hold up if dropped onto hard surfaces. However, the use of high impact plastic on casing is to achieve a lighter weight of the machine. I understand that all internal drive parts are made of steel, so again a good point. With battery installed, the balance in handling the cutter was good too. Battery and charger appeared to be well made and battery was very robust. If you live in the Channel Islands, don't expect the VAT element to be deducted from the total price by Tooled-Up, would advise to check on Amazon for a price, as Amazon deduct VAT for Channel Island residents. Please note. Only 4 Star rating given at this time, but if cutter performs well over a long period, a maximum rating could be given.
Only used once so far, but great performance, very pleased with it. Delivery prompt and price very competitive. Would use again
Product work great it cuts hedges and is light weight with good battery life.
