As a member of the Power X-Change cordless family, the GC-CH 18/40 Li can be powered by any of the batteries in the range. Comfortable to handle thanks to its light weight and cordless convenience, this hedge trimmer has a robust metal gearbox for long term durability, and laser-cut, diamond-ground blades for clean, effortless cuts. A blade tip protector helps to prevent the cuttting edges from being damaged by accidental scrapes or impacts against hard surfaces like walls and paving.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
