Einhell FREELEXO CAM 500 18v Cordless Robotic Camera Lawnmower 180mm

The FREELEXO CAM 500 is a robotic lawnmower which runs on a standard Einhell 18v Power X-Change power tool battery. This means that it shares battery compatiblity with a wide variety of additional tools and also means that when the battery reaches the end of its useful life, it can simply be substituted for an off-the-shelf replacement, without having to open up the lawnmower or send it off to a service centre.

The FREELEXO CAM 500 is more advanced than many existing robot lawnmowers since it is fitted with a camera which feeds it visual information about the work area. This means it is able to detect obstacles and borders that might otherwise not be picked up by its sensors, for example wood chips or gravel, and allows it to be used without having to set up a boundary wire around the perimeter of the mowing area first. Ultrasonic sensors also identify solid obstacles like trees and walls and mean that the mower can build up a comprehensive map of your garden by itself.

Included in the box is a 5 metre toll of magnetic tape which is picked up by magnetic sensors in the FREELEXO and allows you to tape off any areas you don't want it to go into.
