Draper Inflatable Air Wedge

The Draper Inflatable Air Wedge is a pneumatic lifting tool designed for precise positioning and levelling tasks across joinery, glazing and cabinet installation applications. This soft air cushion delivers a controlled 150kg lifting pressure, making it ideal for levelling windows, installing cabinets, positioning heavy doors and other situations where traditional lifting tools cannot access tight spaces.

The wedge features a 160 x 160mm contact surface with an expansion range of 2–50mm, allowing it to fit into the smallest gaps whilst providing a high level of height adjustment. An internal reinforcement bar ensures the cushion inflates rigidly and maintains its shape even when compressed in confined spaces, preventing folding or buckling under load.

Built for reliability under pressure, the air wedge is fitted with a high-frequency welded and bonded hose to eliminate the risk of connection failure during use. A pressure relief valve facilitates controlled decompression and precise height adjustment, giving tradespeople complete control over the lifting process. At just 120g, this lightweight tool is easily portable and convenient for site work.
