DeWalt Extreme 4X Life Mesh Delta Sanding Sheets

This pack contains five DeWalt Extreme 4X Life Mesh Delta Sanding Sheets in a coarse 80 grit, designed for more aggressive material removal, shaping, and stripping tasks. The 80g grit is the go-to choice for tackling rough timber, removing old paint or filler, and flattening uneven surfaces quickly and effectively.

DeWalt's open mesh design ensures dust is drawn through the sheet across a wide area rather than through limited fixed holes, maintaining consistent suction and keeping the abrasive surface active for longer. Fibres from the workpiece are pulled into the mesh openings rather than clogging the abrasive layer, preserving cutting performance throughout the sheet's life.

No dust extraction hole alignment is needed, simplifying sheet selection on site. When sheets do become loaded with dust, they can be cleaned and reused, making them a practical and economical option for heavy-use applications. Hook and loop fastening allows rapid fitting without the need for clip fixings.
