This variant of the DeWalt Extreme 4X Life Mesh Sanding Disc is supplied in a pack of 10 with a coarse-medium 80 grit rating, making it an effective choice for initial sanding passes, shaping timber, removing old finishes, and keying surfaces ahead of finer grit work. The 125mm diameter is compatible with all universal random orbit sanders.

The 80 grit cuts aggressively enough to tackle surface imperfections and rough material efficiently, whilst remaining suitable for a wider range of preparatory tasks than a very coarse grit. The silicon carbide mesh construction extends disc life to at least four times that of a traditional DeWalt sandpaper disc.
