Bosch SDS MAX 9 SpeedClean Hollow Masonry Drill Bit

The Bosch SDS Max 9 SpeedClean Hollow Masonry Drill Bit is a specialist SDS max drill bit designed for dustless drilling in masonry, concrete, and reinforced concrete.

Unlike conventional drill bits, the built-in vacuum attachment channels dust away through extraction holes in the bit during drilling. This allows for optimum material removal without interrupting work, resulting in a clean working environment — particularly beneficial for contractors working under COSHH regulations where dust control is essential.

The bit is compatible with all SDS max rotary hammers and is designed for use in combination with industrial M-class vacuum cleaners. At 16mm diameter with a 400mm working length and 620mm total length, it is suited to deep anchor-fixing applications and structural drilling tasks.

Precision is supported by the ActiveTeq centring tip, which ensures accurate hole placement from the start. A visible wear mark on the bit indicates when the hole diameter is no longer within tolerance for metal anchor setting — a useful quality-assurance feature for fixing applications where dimensional accuracy is critical.

Available in 4-cutter configuration for larger diameters and 2-cutter for smaller diameters, the bit is manufactured in Germany.
