The Bosch Pro Pallet Repair Fast S1122HFR is a 225mm bi-metal reciprocating saw blade engineered specifically for the demanding task of cutting and repairing wooden pallets.

Constructed using bi-metal welding technology, the blade bonds a hardened high-speed steel (HSS) cutting edge to a flexible HCS carbon steel body. This combination allows the blade to cut effectively through hard, abrasive composite wood and embedded nails without sacrificing the flex needed to prevent breakage during use. Bosch states this blade lasts up to 5x longer than the standard S1122BF equivalent.

The blade incorporates several design features aimed at safety and longevity. A reverse tip helps prevent jamming and kickback if the tip makes unintended contact, while a rounded shank with a reinforced stabiliser hump reduces the risk of shank breakage under heavy use. With a universal S-shank fitting, it is compatible with all S-shank reciprocating and sabre saws.
