Bosch HSS PointTeQ Drill Bit
The Bosch HSS PointTeQ Drill Bit is designed for fast drilling in metal. Its PointTeQ tip design is self-centring, so drilling starts are quick and easy and the bit does not wander. The increased drilling rate generates less heat and wear, and the tip stays sharp for continuous durability.
These HSS twist drill bits are suitable for clearance and pilot holes in alloyed and non-alloyed steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron and plastics. The cylindrical shank suits three-jaw drill chucks, so the bits can be used in drill stands and drill drivers.
The highly elastic body gives a low risk of breakage, especially below 6mm in diameter. The black-oxide coated flute removes chips quickly. Each bit is manufactured to DIN 338, Type N, with a 135-degree tip. Available in sizes from 1mm to 13mm, supplied in packs of 10 or 5 depending on size.
