The Super Fine grade is designed for the final stages of finishing on wood and painted surfaces, delivering an exceptionally smooth, polished result where the finest surface quality is required — perfect for preparation before painting, varnishing or lacquering.

Bosch's Surface Structure technology uses advanced bonding and surface coating techniques to keep abrasive grains firmly locked to the backing, so the block retains its performance even when navigating edges, corners and complex profiles. Clogging is minimised throughout, and any accumulated dust can be quickly knocked or washed off to restore cutting efficiency.

The flexible foam sponge naturally conforms to the shape of the workpiece, maintaining consistent, even pressure across the surface for a finish that is smooth and uniform. The tear-resistant foam construction ensures the block remains flexible and highly durable across its full working life.
