Bosch EXPERT 9 Piece Multi Material PC Plus Hole Saw Set
The Bosch EXPERT 9 Piece Multi Material PC Plus Hole Saw Set is a professional-grade carbide hole saw kit designed for cutting cleanly through a wide range of materials, including wood, metal, stainless steel, brick, soft tiles, and reinforced plastics.
Most standard hole saws cope well enough in everyday materials — until they encounter a hardened nail or screw embedded in the workpiece. At that point, conventional bi-metal teeth struggle, overheat, and fail. The EXPERT Multi Material PC Plus is built differently: its carbide teeth cut straight through metal obstructions without stalling, smoking, or losing edge quality.
That durability comes from Bosch Carbide Technology, in which each tooth is manufactured from optimum-grade carbide, laser welded into the tooth body and ground six times to achieve a precise cutting geometry. The result is a hole saw claimed to last up to 50 times longer than the Bosch 2608580408 in tough materials — making this set a sound investment for electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and general contractors who need consistent performance across varied materials day in, day out.
The slot design aids accurate guide drill positioning and simplifies plug ejection, reducing time spent clearing the saw between holes. The set is compatible with the Bosch Power Change Plus keyless arbor system for fast, secure tool changes on site.
