Great product, quick service and competitive price but I was very disappointed in the packaging when I received the item. This was a Christmas present and the front of the box was covered in stickers with my name, address, bar codes etc which meant you couldn't even see what was in the box. When I tried to remove the stickers it removed all the pictures and writing so I had to make do with it as it was which was very disappointing.

I’ve been using it since it arrived, it’s really easy to use and made my work so much easier. The only thing to improve it would be a case to put it in when not using.

First serious use today - brilliant. Makes pruning so easy and no strain on the wrist. Blades very sharp and cuts very cleanly. Only reservation - the USB port for charging is exposed when the safety catch is engaged. Easy for water/dirt to enter which would probably mean no re-charging of battery and tool unusable. Suggest Bosch modify design and provide a water/dirt seal cover to keep the port covered and safe when not charging.

The secateurs were used as soon as they were delivered they perrformed first class look forward to the better weather when more use of the tool will be put to the test. Realy happy with the product to date. Duncan

Was brought for my wife who has got arthritis, we have got quite a few large shrubs/small trees in the garden, who looks after trimming them down, thought the power part was for all sizes, but seems not only when the stem is too thick, otherwise just use like normal clippers, also instead of holding like normal shears in the middle of the handle you have to hold near the top, would have been better if just like normal shears, but overall brilliant!! saves my fingers/hand aching so much

Would highly recommend these secateurs and Tooled Up - great service and remarkably prompt delivery. Ordered at 2pm and they arrived next morning before 12 noon even though we live in north west Scotland - amazing service. Great product, makes pruning thick stems so easy and are a pleasure to use. Surprised how powerful these secateurs are and how easy they are to handle and much less bulky than I expected. A little expensive for secateurs but well worth the money!!

No offence to Tooled up, but this product should never have been put into production by Bosch. The pruners are useless. I'd expected them to be the same as their old model, but they aren't. The power hardly ever kicks in. Waste of money.

Purchased to trim blackberry bramble but the secateurs stopped working after two days. Bought a second pair from a different supplier and these failed after a few hours use. Wrote to Bosch Customer Services, enquiring if there was the possibility of an inherent fault with the device and they couldn’t be bothered to reply. Very disappointed with the secateurs but more so with Bosch.
