Bosch 3 Piece HSS-AlTiN Step Drill Bit Set

The Bosch 3 Piece HSS-AlTiN Step Drill Bit Set is a set of step drill bits designed for smooth, burr-free drilling in several diameters with a single bit. It suits drilling round holes, enlarging existing holes and deburring. The split-point tip allows an easy start, so pre-punching is not necessary.

Each bit has a CNC ground spiral flute for optimised chip removal and less vibration, giving more even drilling. Axial and radial relief grinding delivers high cutting performance and a smooth finish. The 3-flat shank helps prevent slipping in the chuck of rotary drills and drivers.

These step drill bits are suitable for thin materials, including sheet steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, sheet plastic and plastic. They are made from HSS (high-speed steel) with an AlTiN (aluminium titanium nitride) coating, which offers maximum lifetime when used with coolant.
